At present, our virtual services are not covered by insurance. We’re working on it for the future.

Positive results can prompt a virtual appointment with Simple Healthcare for treatment and care coordination. You can also take your results to your preferred healthcare provider.

All lab testing is confidential.

Lab results are available on your patient portal or directly from the lab testing center’s portal.

No visit is required for STI/HIV screening. You can order kits online or visit the nearest lab center for testing.
